Fools legendary hammer setup! 49% deadly, 120% ias (meets last breakpoint)

I need advice on my zeal gear between :

Botd eth ba perf +
shako 141 cham +
bugg tal 15ias 15 all +
vortex exile 1818 16aura 65%ed 121 ar +
dungo 15% +
perf gores non up +
angelic set +
craft gloves 15dex 20ias 10%cb 20 life

Botd eth ba perf +
shako 141 sox 15ias 40ed or Bered (or coa 2 sox) +
Eth Up Zoded Duriel (22xx def) +
vortex exile 1818 16aura 65%ed 121 ar +
dungo 15% +
perf gores non up +
angelic set +
craft gloves 15dex 20ias 10%cb 20 life

Could grief PB be better than Botd ? I have a 37 399 to compare

Is that for pub duels or gm melee? If it's for gm melee the tals would be a failure and grief is bm so wouldn't be an option. If it's for pubs yes use grief but don't use angelics since you don't need 20k ar for pubs so use highlords/ravens for more ds. But answer if it's for pubs or not before I suggest other gear options.

Hey, are throwing weapons capped at 5fpa. I tried using a warshrike and put on 100ias and it still felt slow.
