I mean, even all phys dmg barbs (not even talking about gf builds) normally 1 point zerk, its a 1 point wonder. Probably 3-4taps phys immunes.

Thanks, this was helpful. I'm ~250 runs, absolutely no useable gambles, and one Ber drop in.
I know you can't actually edit the first post anymore, but if you ever re-do this, I think one thing my terrible, new-to-actually-playing-barb self learned is that it appears Warcry stun can overwrite amp damage.

You later talk about not casting Battle Cry on amped monsters, but it seems to me that War Cry is overwriting - I'm having much faster kill speeds if I just do nothing other than hork. Perhaps, again, this is my inexperience and I'm not getting something else.

So far, yes. I'd like to get one usable thing (I know not to expect a trophy or 100k or something like that) before I branch out for variety.

The 250 comment was absolutely just a humble brag about already finding a Ber.
