Well, this guide is not a big wow or covered with news.
For the ones who like blizzers a lot, maybe its worth a try.
If i really want to make a blizzer, i would prefere a dmg/vita/mb build.
An es blizzer has to make too many sacrifices to sustain "a kind of" es and
it will get mutilated in pubs when facing decent duellers.
I dont like es builds anymore, since everyone knows how to deal with them, especially on europe realm.
But ofc i would rather have an es fire than an es blizz.
Anyway, for those who are lookin for a kind of challenge, why not?
