Its capped hard... it has 150eias cap but its still not fast. The reason fury is so fast now is due to the fact that rollback is reduced by 40% + the fact that offhand wepons now helps due to 75 not beeing maxed instant by -10wsm and werewolf skill alone. There was a slowing factor on d2lod, which became a speeding factor with high wepon ias, that thing is not in play anymore.

First hit is unafected by rollback, then 3 hits speeded up by 40% rollback skipping and then last hit is natural slower as its the end if the serial attack.

I know it is, they will have to learn to deal with grief wolf barb now. We can hit six frame with a bunch of ias barley.

Grief just isn't gonna be unbanned on any ladder that I know of, it opens up a nasty case of worms. Banning/unbanning items has really been discussed at length in D2R melee and people aren't even open to unbanning poison damage on the main all-class GM ladder, despite poison doing absolutely nothing. Lol

The rollback speed was 30% faster. They wrote 40% faster attack which May be correct for the end result.

I had some struggle finding the correct formulas.
But use Warren's calculator and all should be fine.

I’m using the calculator, a pb is the only weapon with -30 ias that can even reach 6fps. I’m literally lost for words I don’t know what to do but wear a grief because a 6 fps fools pb would be trash.

Yes, blizzard shit on all shapeshifters with exception of fury.
Rabies is ruined for pvp.
All kinds of werebear are fucked(druid, sorc, assa, Amazon, paladin and so on).
Wolf barb fucked as well, but not as much as werebear.

Blizzard ruined basically everything besides pure fury wolf druids, as gel stated above.

My wolf barb to good it won’t matter if 6fps
