I found it was almost a bit too comfusing, sence you listed the stats of the items, rather than simply stating the breakpoints that you will hit at the end of the guide.
I prefer Bigsipo's guide over this one simply because its not so long, and its still just as thorough.

However, I think both guides have some flaws in gear.
*Your Guide has 105% fcr, (which is great) but would have poor resists and would die very fast to conv/soals or knights,
*while Bigsipo's Guide leaves out the 105% fcr breakpoint he realizes that survival in pvm is the most important thing.(thus uses t-gods for those freak ocassions when you mean conviction+soals)

I HAVE A SOLUTION!
Swap your amulet out for a 2 barb/20 fcr/res amulet and put on T-Gods instead of Arachnids

And your PvM! you dont need 3/xx/20 scs!!, life/res scs would be 100X better (imo) for a pvm barb.

Other than that, I didnt see any problems with your guide.

loh and hotspurs = 95 fire res
storm = 60 cold res
storm and highlords = 60 light res
added to res from torch,anni,arreats and natural res(skill) and mb a bit on ur fcr ring aswell gives u +-67 res all

and u get
+-160 fire res(90 on screen)
+-125 cold res(75 on screen)
+-125 light res(75 on screen)
+-67 poison res(67 on screen)
nn stacked poison res
