Here another serious answer regarding this venom issue.
you really can boost up your venom with fine prebuff. It really kicks es sorcs ass, and other too. It's just having multiple sources of dmg.
And if you go with full inv of 322's you just dont get enough wb, etc. Your character will be 100% offense and glasscannon.
Due to the fact, that hybridsin uses multiple sources of dmg, all of them are a bit lower than on pure character.
Hybridsin is not for fast instakill. When you play this character in a way it should be, you just tickle your enemy to death. It is fun how you can see ppl go desperate 
and still I'd go max venom, and much trapz. Idk if you've played hybsin, or is this just your calculation and you try to be wise.
Due to my own experience, venom, phys and traps are very needed when using hybrid assa.
And about bvc, it is just worst matchup hybsin can confront. But there you just have to play overdefensively, lock him into mb, so he cant telestomp you. Move, add traps, and more mb.
It is not fast killing, but killing for sure
