I would not spend so many points into Ironskin blahblah and natural resistance. The benefit you get from them are pretty pitiful compared to the Huge advantage of Maxing Leap.
If you ever maxed leap on in example a BvC you know for sure that the knockback effect is really huge. I Use it to push all the council members into a corner (gathering the sheep hehe) and stunlocking them by repeated leaping. My merc finishes them off pretty easily then.
And I'm talking about hell of course. around 1 mio++ Each run.

Well, yes.

The ilvl of gambled items have a range of clvl -5 to +4.

When gambling ammies, clvl 95 or higher is optimal, so that all ammies have the chance of spawning with +2 skills. When gambling circlets you need lvl 92, coronets lvl 87 for all of them to have the chance of spawning with +2 skills.

Character level also determines your chance of upgrading the base item to exceptional / elite. The higher, the better.
