Thing is, almost nobody knows that they are useful.. so they are thrown away mostly =\ Same with 3shadow/20fcr circlets. Whenever one does keep a pair, he or she probably wont sell it cheap. So its not really comparable with angelics ^^

I've confiqured my shopbots pickid to buy assa katars with fools, +3 venom, bear or quickness, If your looking for something special I may have it after ladder resets....

magic fools claws of whatever are easy shoped from anya. i'm too stupid to configure and run bot so i do it my self. for one day shoping get 5-6 fools claws of quickness and some of the bear. the only problem is get one with good skills on it.

If i cannot afford a valk 08 ... should i use a +3shadow/20fc/2sock tiara or a nice +2assn/20fc/str/life/prisma/.. ??
I do precast venom and i'm already on lvl 60 clawblock without the extra shadowskill..^^

Yep they are very common, but to get them spawn on gt's with good skills as you said it harder!

But each bot does around 1000-1500 shop visits each night so they should appear in my inv sooner or later, bought me during this week 3x +6ls claws, one was in gt but accidently sold it back and got c/i

A 3/20/2 is best. You cant build around any stat points on your circlet, so stats are pretty useless. A 2sin,30frw,20fcr,xx life, xxmana is pretty godly aswell though, but if you can afford those you can probably afford a 08 valk aswell ^^

As a last resort you can also use any griffons =)

and why can't i build around it? Don't usually use a kiras ...

Well, be my guest then. If you've found a way to negate FoH without using Kiras and without sacrificing vital gear you can build around your circlet all you want =)
