Good guide, I'm assuming the reason for grief is the -25% enemy poison res? Other than that ebotdz would be better for the extra range, and stats. Also, instead of getting enough strength for CoA use a ber'd shaftstop instead, you will get more life and you will still have max DR, you can also get this up'd but wolves defense tends to be pretty low so it won't really make a difference. Using shaftstop also leaves your helm open for w/e you need, you may lose damage if you are using forti but imo it's worth it.

Well, i'd rather use coa/eni, since it leaves 1 socket open for whatever since i got 20 dr from bugbelt(20+8+23). Grief Pb has a better damage + 20% deadly strike.

i would like to comment on the usefulness of the forty as an armor though.
putting aside the res , i think that the 300 ed bonus is not that big of a factor , compared to the +2 skills ( boost everything , so + life + ar + dmg )
and dr. Thats my personal opinion though , i'll give it another try again in the near future. Gratz again on the nice guide and wolf.

Ah, I played east...no bug belt lol. I still think ebotdz is better simply because of the range, you can't teleport and it's already difficult to catch people so the more range you have the better.

Harconst2: The usefullness of the forti is not to be doubted. Vs a hammerdin it adds 4k damage using my reaver, Vs another wolfies/Light-elechars(chillingarmor helps alot vs java)/Zerkers/Zealers/Barbs Using Mass Stack ++

S4v4g3: Thats why i keep a botd ba in the stash vs smiters/whirlers/Bowers
