Tell me. What's the advantage of coh vs forti on charge?

Wouldn't that be much better?

Death CS => 21840-43440 (avg 32640), 97% ds, 15k AR
EBOTD WP => 6048-33000 base,12096-66000 (avg 39048) after ds, 50% ds, 16k AR
EBOTD AS => 15312-18288 base, 30624-36576 (avg 33600) after ds, 50% ds, 16k AR

This part is misleading. You say, that average damage after DS is what it is, but you don't take into account that only 50%

of the hits are double-damage-hits. You do say however, that you choose GA or Decapitator because of high average and high DS.

According to my logic, the average damage of EBotDs should be the average of the average of double damage, and average of

regular damage (since DS is 50%), however I may be wrong with the math behind this. But it's definetely not ~40k average for WP

nor ~34k average for AS.

Resists, Skills, DR, repl life.

The ED on Fort is off-weapon, and the fact that the off-weapon ED of Charge is enormous, it wouldn't make a significant difference.

see alot of ppl assume through ignorance that forti is the best weapon for charger..

Everyone see oh it has 300% ed and assume this>all but the reality is the off weapon ed is so insignficant i.e arround ~2k added screen dmg which after pvp penaulty and pdr is not so significant and usually neglect the other usefull thing like the str added from coh the skills nice resist (u have to use resist life charms to get res upto max with forti ) and pdr. This i why i think bugtal or coh are better armours..

very nice guide, but for the ladder set up i suggest using a fort, and steelrends, and an ebotd two hander

Was I defending fort?

I exactly said that the +300% ED is almost insignificant due to charges innately high ED. The logical assumption would be, that my post is backing up CoH (what it actually is doing), not Fort.

Sorry to tell you, but you seem to be clueless when it comes to chargers.

First of all, Bloodfists > Steels. Even some crafted blood ones can be better. The second thing is, that EBotD blows compared to EDeath. Also, CoH > Fort for the reason(s) stated above.
