You need the ias gloves to hit the bp. If you go to a lower ias bp even with an additional 60% ed it would still be a big loss of damage since slower swings = less hits, less chance of hitting, etc.

So i got eliminated from the tourney (QQ)

Problems I've been having:

* Countering edc/zbug fort
* Countering fool's/zbug fort

Edeathz did okay vs. edc/fort, but was too inconsistent. I might try 20 ias gloves instead of a 40/15 jewel in ss, then use cham and angelics to counter.
however, I lose rends and deadly strike from highlord's.

I think edc/zbug fort could easily counter fool's, but his level was way up on mine.

This is all non-tap ofc.

yes you need more attack rating, you should put cham'd and angelics
with cb gloves

I don't really have any experience in dueling that setup since there are no zbugged forts on east like on west. But it gets what like 50k def or something? Go with angelics/ias gloves imo. You lose 100% ed than your current setup but gain a lot more ar so you would end up doing more dmg since more hits = more dmg anyway .
