i just said that barb shits over any smiter, but a v/t is kinda anti-barb build, with a shitload of stack this wouldnt much of a difference tho, but few barbs have this

Flashing Holy Freeze will take the Barbs IAS to the slower BP
The High Defense Will allow the barb to miss his attacks
The Life Tap will insure the smiters win (whenever a melee character has life tap he will win)

Only way Barb has a chance is if he is using full inventory of 451 psn scs and 2x doomz with high AR and high DR (but this is not for barb vs casters this is barb vs all)

If the question was BvA vs Smiter then i say its like 80/20 but you said BvC vs Smiter so its like 10/90
