Hammer spam with zig zag charges down.
If druid continues to hop you, you'll continue to charge out and drop hammers.
Once his summons are killed and he turns to run, you blast him with an FoH.

Repeat

Everytime he hops just zig-zag down with hammers at corners.

3 yrs back I made a Mage named " Divine " following Professor's guide on CC-Comp!

My favourite character of all time, and now I'm back to d2 again.. I guess I might make a new one. :)

11k hammer/5.4k foh/-125 convic/4.8k life/maxblock/125fcr.....

Update:
I re-spec'ed my mage and now have the following 3 setups defined:

Normal Setup
9183 hammer / 5.7k foh with 86% FHR / 125 Fcr / 8%DR / 4.3k Life

Damage Reduce
9183 hammer / 4.7k foh with 86% FHR / 125% Fcr / 39% Dr (15% more with fade if necessary) / 4.3k Life

Anti-Lightning
8.7k hammer / 4.7k foh with 86% FHR / 125% Fcr / 95% LR (No Whisps) / 4.3k Life

GZ u realised 125 fcr is the way to go... its like once u go black u cant go back.. same with 125 fcr on mage.

After trying various setups and skill arrangements i found some i liked.
And after trying 75 vs 125 in pubs now, its somewhat clear that 125 is needed because of the amount of people who spam skills, use mods and are bm in general.

not to say 75 won't work, it would work for 1v1's but in today's faster paced game, 125 seems to be needed more then 75.

The game is faster then in the past to me anyhow. Got to keep up with the times.
