imo...
PVP light sorcs need the 200 fcr to break both fcr bp's (lightning, teleport, cb, nova)
86 and 142 fhr is debateable but i go for 142 fhr against windy druids and hybrid sins
(obviously 86 for others)
the gear i would use...
helm: +2 sorc 20 fcr 2 sok (rare or magic) or shako 5/5
amulet: fletch or +2 sorc 20 fcr amulet
weapon: eschuta, hoto, spirit (depends on who you are fighting) hoto for es , eschuta for vita, spirit for both [ you may use wizzy as well ]
armor: up'd vmagi (20/15)
shield: spirit, whitstans guard, ss (depends on who you are fighting) whitstans for es, ss for vita, spirit for both
ring1: 10 fcr str, dex, mana, or life or ravens
belt: arach or 10 fcr 10 fhr str life belt
ring2: 10 fcr str, dex, mana, or life or ravens
gloves: d up'd magefists
boots: gspurs, waterwalks, or treks
gspurs, dual spirit, hopefuly 16 fhr from circlet will round up 146 fhr
90 fcr from other equipment
40 35 or 50 from weapon
35 fcr or none from shield
0-20 fcr from rings
10-20 fcr from belt
dual spirit 2x 10 fcr rings and arach will get you the 200 fcr with the 142 fhr bp that should take on the windy druids and hybrid sins with no problem at all.
does pretty decent dmg as well with the right equipment.
9x 35+ lite lifers , storch, anni, 20/5's or 20 lifers for the rest.
should get the sorc around 4k + life if going vita
and roughly 1000 life for es and could roughly be a decent 5k mana if you equip the inventory carefully
5x 35+ lite lifers, storch, anni, rest 20/16's or 20/15's, or 15/70's (if they are still being sold)
