Needs to hit 40 fcr for popping bodies, and 105 fcr on switch for teleporting (arach+2x fcr rings+2x hoto on switch)
Needs to use last wish phase blade (life tap+might+fade+mf+crushing blow=godly pvm. seriously, are you retarded for not using this?)
Needs to use a1 merc with faith

Better pvm setup would be something like:
weapon 1: Greif pb
weapon 2: Lw pb
Helm: cham'd stealskull or arreats
armor: nigma
gloves: chancies
belt: arach
boots: war travs
amulet: highlords
rings: 2x fcr rings (must have mana leech if using arreats)
weapon switch: 2x hotos on switch (for 105 fcr and much higher bo than wizspikes)

act 1 merc:

weapon: Merc faith
armor: Eth fort
helm: meh, dont matter, i use andys on mine

clearly you have not read the guide and have no comprehension of how to make a melee character for pvm, i won't even bother explaining because everything has been answered previously

i didn't feel like reading through 16 pages for an answer to this.
My version is much better for pvm i feel, and I think you're just dodging the question because you don't have a good answer to it.
