this build is weak. Your wealthy barb has no dmg reduction % gear, due to that raven hes going to have 8k ar max which isnt good enough. are all those 3 max dmg 20 ar charms worth it? 20*40 is 800, at lvl 92 1 angelic ring gives 1106 ar, 3*40 is 120, is 800 ar and 120 max dmg really worth your invintory? and all your helm choices are crap.

If you want to add some psn, just take 1 x 20 life 175 psn sc, it is more useful than a 451, since the difference after psn res reduction will be quite low, and you'll win a nice amount of life
Torch 20 stats, anni 20 stats, res don't matter a lot anyway since you only duel barbs. might need resi after all?
ooze fang storm 35+verdungos 15 = 50 thats capped.. about ar, again you have to add points in mastery and ww missing something prolly did bvb @ 1.09 or 1.10 dont remeber... anyway I had over 10k ar with angelic and grandfather for example.. but again psn with barb is bm so just point that out dont get psn charms and dont get resi if your not fighting psn charms might change to some psn resi small charms
