What order should I max skills?

Right now I have max Blizzard and Bolt. Level 21 ES w/ Memory. (76 sorb)

Should I go with TeleK next or Blast? Thanks.

assmuffin: I'd probably go with TK because you'll be leveling and not dueling.

boogerito: Definatly an Act 2 Infinity Merc. Infinity, CoH, Gaze(Whatever helm you really want)

Seeings as I have never made an ES sorce before I am gonna try and see if it as good you all seem to think it is, but I have a few questions;

Is it possible to swap those rings, boots, gloves and ammy you mentioned with Sojs, Treks, Trang gloves and Maras? Also those SC's you mentioned do not sound like they be on current ladder, so would All Res or FHR lifers be okay in their place?
