Mostly useless.
I use blade fury on my wwsin in ghost vs ghost duels, thats about it right now.
I used to use it back when I started playing kicksin but there is just no time to ever use it against good opponents, going into the stance to shoot bf is way too slow. It's really pointless to use bf if you have a widowmaker option as well. I did invest 1 point bf/bs in my lastest d2pk kicksin build but I havent used bf even once so far.
