I hope you're joking. 1% chance not to get hit ontop of 75% block is phenomenal as far as %'s are concerned. Why don't you make a zon with 12 dodge/avoid & 7 evade, then duel any level-headed zon player....

And maxing penetrate is ridiculous, as guided arrow is GUIDED and always hits (ie, does not require ar)
