After a couple more months/1000's of more runs and messing with all the top combos I believe the best current setup is simply:

High roll EBOTD GT
Cham'ed Gilly
Fort

I thought it was ~Perf eth arioc / GG 3s Tiara of Lamprey for a while and spent quite a bit making that one until I found a 398/15 EBOTD GT then tried the other setup again and it was indeed faster :bonk:

Still splitting hairs in the end so it doesn't really matter, but the first setup is just a lot easier/cheaper to acquire.
