Death is actually also banned as is grief. But you mentioned dueling on hardcore Europe so I don't know the rules there. For a death setup you just need to hit 60 ias so it would be something like:

Coa 80/30 ias
Levi 40/15
Eth death
Angelic ring/ammy
Raven
Upd gores
20 ias gloves
Exile

That would get you to 60 ias and work pretty well.

Yeah i agree Levi looks ugly lol. If you're dueling nontap it opens up another socket to use so you could use a shaft.
