I tend to recommend shako setup as a good setup to start out with. You would stat your char without shako on so you can still use other helms/setups while keeping mb.


I haven't checked this post for a while. I ended up going with a Viso with 2 sockets and it gives 25 str/17dex. Was going to go Eth uppped Shafstop and Alma Negra, but I'm seeing some people go with Eth Prudence and SS for more defense.

Yeah for non tap eprud/ss is better due to the def. For tap shaft is the way to go.

Banning grief and death from ZvZ is kinda silly, honestly. Death was initially only restricted from using against druids, with good reason. Grief is seen as overpowered, but seriously a top fools is going to destroy grief anyway. And edeathz probably will beat grief as well.

Oh good. i just got a Eprud/ss going now lol. hopefully it works out. just rushed my paladin but I'm geared up now

Top fools yes, but most wouldn't be as good as a grief imo. I also think grief is better than death due to the ias req on death. Death zerk and a grief have about the same dmg but death needs 60 ias which severly limits the setup and ends up with a lot lower ar compared to a grief setup. In non tap it's easier to hit the ias req ofc so it's more viable there.

How to make a Skullder zealer - is Eth Skullder's a viable armor? :)
I was thinking:
Coa BerBer
Highlord - Only to achieve some DS
Botd Ba
Skullders - 40ed/20life - is it stupid? Was just thinking that ed + life would be nice.
Exile ed/ar
2x Raven
Steelrend
Verdungo
Gore

Torch, anni, max/ar/life gc's + ar/life sc's

Would this work? Or is it better to use Angelic's and cham the skullder? I just think, that with my charms it isn't necessary to gain the massive ar boost from angelic + i lack DS without highlord.
I know the charms probably isn't the best but it is what i have for now.

Test it out bro, I have a perfect eth upped skullder's as well and it's a pretty neat piece. It's basically a poor man's gvalor with 1 less skill, but 200+ more defense.

Also what i was thinking. Is my jewel choice good or would something else be better? :)
I just think skullders is better than arkaines because the +1 skill doesn't help that much compared to the fact that i can sock my skullders with whatever i want because of the erep :)

If it were me? Either Cham the skullder's and use angelics with edc, or ber it and use ravens/highlords with ebotdz, but swap in some 132/45 gc's.

Tried it years ago. Wasnt as good as g alor, gbane, or levi. Upd shaft is best tap armor. I've tried every setup you could ever think up.
