Caster dueling is super complicated. Have more hacks than opponent, click, win.

Thats maybe the worst argument....

Casters are a lot harder to play then zeal vs zeal ;)

And not every1 uses 'hacks', esp not in tours/legit/gm duelling ;)

You really think ppl dont use hax in gm caster dueling? Lol! Regardless, melee players don't spam posts about casters, no need for you morons to come spam ours. And with a 2013 join date no need to try to school me about d2, noob.

Relax mate!

You kinda say that 'all caster vs catser duelers use hax'...

U should know atleast in tours its forbidden...

And in classic we have a nice community with all fair people (and gm) ;)

My joindate has nothing to do about d2 ;)

E;

@toughguy_tj

I have no problems with melee duels, only with chased his argument about casters ;)

E; I cant tell in lod pvp, since I dont do pvp in lod.. but from the lod pvpers I know, I know they are all fair and gm ;)
And I know lots of lod pvpers @eu tho ;)

Maybe in east they hax muchos.. but on europe barely hackers in gm dueling ;)

On a classic rusher, yeah, wich is just basicz lol^^ ;)

Dont try to school me about classic d2 ;)

E; funny chased thinks he can win an argument about classic d2 vs me :D

Ps. Again.. I got absolutely no problems with melee duels, in fact.. i do it myself aswell (bvb).

But dont try to think zeal vs zeal is harder then sorc vs sorc (lol) :)

So much spam. I'll post a comparison though

Both casterpk and gm melee are fun. Both require a lot of fg to compete and both require planning on how to build the char and different setups vs diff opponents. Both have communities although the gm melee community is more active by far. Is casterpk even up 24/7 anymore? Caster duels are also much easier in the fact you have full control over winning whereas gm melee you click and hope. Gm melee requires much more trial and error in perfecting your chars stats whereas casters are pretty straight forward in comparison. Gm melee has always been more competitive too as far as ladders and tournies go. That said I have made every type of pvp char and the only ones I miss are my zealots and my classic speed barb :lol:

Caster duels just get old after a while for me but gm melee is always interesting. People who haven't done gm melee never understand until they have made a melee. They usually tend to sell most of their casters for their new addiction too :)

About the 'melee duelling never get bored' I dont agree with, thats every1 their own opinion.

Yes, both need mass fg
No, zeal vs zeal is easier then caster vs caster (as u say @duel strategies "walk on, click on opponnemt, close eyes and hope he dies first" is a lot easier then caster vs caster.)

And caster dueling get old? Never ^^ (or atleast not for me)

And I like both melee and caster duels. But I usually pvp in classic only (sorc, necro and bvber mainly) , and in lod bvb.

You can ofcourse say that caster vs caster duels get bored, but thats personal prefference ;)
