Is there a budget build for this?

Build based on Enigma can't be budget. Ofc you can use Najs but imho it's good only to skip River of Flames.
You can try Mist. It's more cheaper and quite nice until you get the Faith. Without Eni you can hit 7-8fpa on Mat bow or 8fpa on Shadow/Diamond. With Enigma all three bows can reach only 8fpa.

If you need cheap zon go to java Bowazon is always expensive.

I got a poison nova necro. With enigma, dweb, shako, was considering the change. Poison necro has stalled.
But i needed to know, other than enigma, is there a budget for weapon etc?

Mist is very cheap to make now. You can hit 7 frame with Mist Mat bow and naj staff on switch.

Pretty smooth for budget set up. Here's the video showing it. Not pricey at all.

You need more or less 500-1k fg to buy a budget gear and charm set - without cost of enigma and bow. Mist is really cheap right now. You need 200-400fg to buy one (depending of roll). But like I said, Mist with Eni don't let you hit 7fpa.
If you patient you can find low roll of faith mb for 700-1k.

That set up is pretty affordable
