U fail once more, cb is fixed 1/10 for meele and 1/20 for ranged. It is What make it such a good boost on ghostsin since your psy dmg aint that great anyway.

why would amplify damage lower dr by 100% if the cap was -50%
cb is 0/10 for melee and 0/20 for ranged if the target has 100% dr
