This build works well especially versus fire sorceresses, Minnie takes about 150 damage per fireball off her 1.9k life and about 500 mana away from her 3.7.

With some mana pots, you're unstoppable.

ok... lets assume 20k fb and 73% es

20,000
* 1/6 for pvp penalty
* 0.73 for es
* 0.75 for maxed tk

= 1825 dmg to mana per fb

now throw in that most svs sorcs do more than 20k, and are 200 fcr so double cast
you want 4.2k+ mana in general to svs on a low % es sorc so you can take 2 fb's and still have enough mana to tele out

given your build and the stats you says it hits, you have zero chance vs any half way competent svs sorc

thats not to say its not a good sva build, this really is how you should make es blizzys and they are good in pubs/team duels
but in 1v1's they are 100% fail and in svs its even worse
