This version that you are all commenting on, is for ladder gameplay (no use of 08/bugged items)

Adding levels to Multi-Shot does nothing except raise mana cost.

Believe me, even with a Diamond Bow (which has no +3 bow skills)
Base level 1 Multi-Shot is much stronger in the long-fight if you have secure aim.

I get 17 arrows with my build from base lv 1
