what about a blue magic circel with passive sks, str etc with 2 socs and then Sheal / 40ed / 15ias jool ??

You can use a 45IAS helm(magic or Mavinas sox 15ias)

If you Shael your helm, it gives FHR..not IAS.

do you know what are the breakpoints for strafe and guided/multi bp for 12 fana?

Cuz with Cat Eyes + Nosferatus and 15/40 in helm + WF and gloves I get 125ias.
Wondering if I can take away nos for razortail.

Well I Think it's 99, correct me if I'm wrong.
That mean I can get razprtail instead of nosf, cool!

with ammys, i would go for cats eye, bowzons need speed,

also consider merc with harmony bow, its fun !

The speed from Cats Eye will not do you any good at all with this setup.

I've been debating two things with my chaos bowazon.

1. Is the CBF really needed. A bowazon shouldn't get hit anyway right? I was thinking of wearing 2x str/dex rings with leech.
2. Is the Valkyrie really needed. I find decoy more than sufficient.
