a soso aint a low cost char

and most of all, the one who can afford 20/17 scs and 4x lifers can afford a medicore circ too

PEINe just saw that trangs had nb stats and thats all.

the "normal" build every1 uses is a lot cheaper as you can go with a low fcr ammy.

period.

No, it's cheaper because you don't rely on insane boots/ammy to fix your res.
