-Resist doesn't affect sorb the way you think. I remember someone saying in a guide that the less resistance you have, the more effective sorb is. This doesn't necessarily mean you'd take less damage with lower resistances though.

In short, when someone is wearing sorb, -resists doesn't have THAT big of an impact.

You're right, but doom has +2 skills and I can still hit the FCR breakpoint with Ormus and fcr ring.

Also, on that dueling rules list someone posted earlier in the thread, it mentioned Sorcs are allowed to use Doom

really??????

coz ive tried kiras, 10x 20/5's, 45res sheild, 100res wizspike, 2 ravens, snowclash vs a ES blizz sorc and still took about 1k dmg per hit

i would love to see a barb stack his res this high and your complaining??????????
