I can not find the reference for this but cs and lf do not have the same ias breakpoint of 89%.

I normally just used the cheap shit, Tstrokes(3x in stash), bp enigma, 2/20/dex/resis rare gloves, raven/Bk, hl & cat's, Griff, Treks, 3xfhr, 7x plain gc's, 10x20's, torch, anni, & low cta/spirit. Had 3x belts, tgods, arach, and dungo, dicked round with 3xShields, Ss, spirit(found useful vs Bone necros and som e sorc's, 20/20 monarch (would have been 4x but no one has sanc when I need it <_<

).

That worked well in most pub duels(86% fhr/68% fcr vs casters, 54% fhr/mb/max dr% vs melee, druids, and bowa's). But your build is so pretty :wub:

. Wish I had the fg atm to get gear like that, been wanting to make a new cs azon with stuff like that. <_<

You should also fix what has been brought up earlier with the lvl 44 and lvl 45 cs....

I'm sitting here atm building my own java... And it's quite hard to Reach all the BP's for sure.. but with some mixture it works.. I've figured out 2-3 different ways now to get the 95ias bp 86fhr bp and lvl 45 cs though i don't know how much dmg this build will do... And I don't know it's res.. havn't calculated it yet...

And when I make a character.. I try always to make it so I don't have to swap equip when duelling different characters...

And both these build will work with CoH instead of Enigma... You will just loose some frw/teleport... but you can always use sc's and 7frw sks instead! cuz you gain alot of res!

And if you don't want to have ur inventory filled with charms/sks when maybe doing diaruns..? then you can just swap maybe the leftover ring to a soj/bk (this is if you still rly want the lvl45 cs....)

Look people, there are corners you can cut, but it WONT be as effective....
He NEVER said this was a CHEAP build...
If you want a cheap char, make a gold find barb & stay away from Pubs...
