seriously, is this a char that can do good in pvp? i mean when u use nova u have to stand very close to ur opponent, fb's and blizz soso's would own u?

Yes this build is good in pvp. You can't just tele on them and nova them to death, you have to be strategic against fireballs. Blizzard on the other hand, didn't hurt me much.
