I didn't read the guide, could be good/great, but this centered template makes it pretty unreadable to me ...

38 mana > 65 life imo, with all bonuses you gain a lot more mana than life with bo/items, but it's not a bad idea if you miss some life.

didnt read thru comments.
you never really mentioned anything about resist in that did you?
with this build i am deffinitly not getting max res.. im not sure why.
and also why do you use Hoto instead of wizardspike?

goal is atleast 75res in nm, you need res on amu/boots etc

with all the gear u listed.. 15 on amu and 20fire on boots.. im at 25,5,-1,5 in hell lol
