+25% Faster Cast Rate

Valk usefull stats:

30% Faster Run/Walk
30% Increased Attack Speed
30% Faster Cast Rate
30% Faster Hit recovery

But if you prefer 1 skiller over 30% frw, ias and fhr then ok....your opinion.

fwr= useless
ias= you already have max ias
fhr= you already have a good fhr bp
