Only thing that could hit you for 3800 physical damage after pvp penalty is a charger. Anything else will not hit for more than ~1.2k or double that if it's an amazon that does deadly strike on max damage.

Myth.

my bowa is a bit like this but random,

pure dex from level 1, but perfect gear aimed towards hp boosting

she has about 650 dex but good health gear, works out about 1800 health and good res.

That's because your referring to a glass cannon vs glass cannon.. In which CTA's are not part of their GM build, but as for this one it does not seem BM at all. It's 100% part of the build, no stashing needed.
