The only reason you need eni for is for tele so it doesn't matter wich eni but Imo the lowest str req the better so I guess you should use breast plate

Yes but when using a pb 10% ias isn't needed and 15 str is not enough blood fist are very nice altough like I sayd you need str and lots of it.

Exile is very nice but too expansive and deffently not needed you can use Zaka Umed and will make more damage then exile and wll have more resistance.
