Are you talking about melee pvp rules? On east its bm to use items to prebuff your character like oak from hoto but on europe its gm. I don't know about east melee pvp rules being the same as europes but I know east and europe do have much different rules since east has stricter item rules and so on.
Yeah the gm melee rules are the same on east and Europe aka tap being gm in zeal vs zeal. The other pvp rules are different. West uses east gm melee .09 rules so it's bm to use tap there. Also just ignore the troll lol.
