smite is ALWAYS better. once in a while u'll find a good pub too, and a good pub will have enough res to counter conviction whether its -110 or -150%

few questions i would like to ask

max smite or holyshield? should i learn convic aura untill level 25 (with gear) ?

If you want more dmg -> smite
If you want more block/def -> hs
convic lvl 25-> not needed

smite gives more dmge if you are using grief (which you should... if not using grief, then max holy shield)
holy shield is also an option because it gives better def. I would recommend smite though
1 pt conviction.

it seems i gota use 1 20dex raven + my ww to use my pb grief

do i need to get 2pally/20dex/str/life/res ammy?

A vt isn't a foher. I've did well with less than 4k foh/15conv
