You have 7.75% Chance to hit after block without Eth, 8.5% chance to hit after block with Eth.

Either way you look at it, your still landing 9.7% more successful hits with Eth.

And if you really want to get into it, 3% extra chance to hit before blocking means 1 extra hit per 100 hits rolling (and that isn't even accounting for the fact that a hit that rolls past defense still has to contend with 75% block). Average duel is about 5 hits, so he will land one extra hit every 20 duels.

And then you add block in, and realize it's an extra hit every ∞ duels because of how this game rounds shit.
