have you ever tried using a A5 merc? I found an old guide where the guy uses Death CS + forti to run trav. I guess an ebotd would work great. Would be interesting to hear your opinion.

was by far my biggest time waste, trying to make that A5 merc work

Did you try eth upgraded headstriker? It has highest dps for a5 merc

Still prob sucks compared to ebotd wp a2 tho

the problem wasn't so much the DPS (which still kinda sucked) when it finally got to hit as much as it was the lack of sustain/survivability (on paper it should be better???)
Jab i think was the reason A2 just takes over completely, on top of the aura

Small modification to the build after pointed out something.
No more Tome of Town Portal in inventory, instead just going to use 4 Scrolls in belt + free up 2 Small Charm slots.

Interestingly this also makes picking up Scrolls at Trav a bit more relevant

When I was reading this guide a while ago, I didn't notice the video at the bottom. I just clicked on it and once I heard your voice I was kinda shocked! I had no idea this was Noxious! I used to watch your Hearthstone and MtG videos a bunch in the past - had no clue you were even into D2!

After Playing this build for a little over a week now I want to say thank you first off for writing the guide, and then ima leave a few comments below:

With the Merc - Ebotd Warpike / Fort / Andy I find myself not even using the gavel of pain tbh for a few reasons.

1. Takes up needed inventory space, I like to pick up a lot of rares; charms; gems; jewels etc. and with a full inventory /w Demon and Charms. I need that cube space
2. I can still complete these runs in 1 minute or less without amp.

Another thing I've changed personally for me is using FRW Scs over RES Scs. I feel 0 danger in these runs at the point that I can alt tab and sit there and not die. The FRW just makes things slightly faster. Lots of people love max res but frankly it isnt needed.

This stuff may not be the case with a worst Merc, but i figured id mention it with that above merc combo.

This also frees up alot of points you would dump into strg (close to 300 health) (Just hel your demon limb)

The One and only con:

Phys Immunity + stoneskin;

The good thing is I rarely get this combo, maybe one every 10-15 runs. and ive done several hundred runs.

FYI the yards on leap refer to the leaping distance, not the stun radius. Every point in leap adds to the stun radius regardless of the leaping distance shown on screen. What is the value of the stun radius per level? Idk but I’m sure someone has spent 500 hours to figure it out.
