it's a good build,
but a bit BM to play with, as it casts the Iron Maiden,
which is fine with the rules.. but very annoying to play against ^^
It interrupts the duels alot

i can build you an AoW for under 5 k
i even made it for 1 k fg for One guy

your's is something about 10-12 k indeed, depends on how much the Diadem did cost.. can be from 4-6 k, nowadays even cheaper
also it is full 3/20/20, with 3/19/20 's it would have been something around 5-6 k
even cheaper with 3/15-18/20's, because actually ~22 k ar are fine enough
