First off the damage difference is not 500 you retard. You pulled that number out of your ass. Lets try to come up with a better number here shall we. Lets take the chaos hand since it's the easiest.
Non Prebuffed Venom based ghost sins will have about 2k phys damage (if lucky) and another 1.8k venom damage (assume lvl 48 cast) and you'll have about 20% deadly strike from mastery. Lets do 5 hits for simplicity
4 hits with no deadly strike = 15.2k
1 hit with deadly strike = 5.8k
Total damage on 5 hits = 21k
My Non Prebuffed physical damage sin has 3.1k physical damage and another 1.4k venom damage (lvl 37 on cast) with about 50% deadly strike from mastery and highlords amulet. Lets do the same 5 hits
2.5 hits with no deadly strike = 11.25k damage
2.5 hits with deadly strike = 19k damage
Total damage on 5 hits = 30.2k damage
My 30.2k - your 21k = 9.2k damage difference. Divide by 5 hits, and you can see that I do 1.84k more damage per hit then you do. Fury Claw is about 2/3's the damage, so on fury hits is more like 1.2k more damage per hit. Average the 2, and there ya go.
1.5K more damage PER HIT on my sin then yours. When you factor in the few thousand more attack rating, and the 300 more life, you have your answer clear as fucking day. Even people who bought the game yesterday at this point would be convinced.
now now, you forget pvp penalty and poison resis. smart man. pvp penalty drops the damage to 250 (1,5/6) and even more from poison resis....
so yah, my 500 estimate was rather generous.
