anyway that tele + CS combo isn't that good, because people can "desync" (running away from you and ... can't explain exact thing that happens)
This is untrue. A teleporting Charged Strike zon will fare much better. Resistances can come from charms (I don't use all Java skillers unless I am dueling a melee character). With CoH, how do you expect to kill sorcs? Sure Lightning Fury will do some damage (or kill weak sorcs) but namelocking teleport charged strike is much more effective. This can be analogous to tele-smiting someone. Also, one could invest in some tri-res boots (not necessarily dupes) which can give FHR which will make them superior to Trek.
