WSM = (R + L)/2
beast/grief = (-40 + -32)/2 = -36
grief/beast = (-32 + -40)/2 = -36
left hand primary (boots side)
WSM = [(R + L)/2] + L - R
beast/grief = [(-40 + -32)/2] + -32 - -40 = -28
grief/beast = [(-32 + -40)/2] + -40 - -32 = -44
now I will get 27lvl frenzy and taking grief/beast as it makes my offhand faster so I would only need 30% ias to reach the fastest possible attack speed for the mainhand (fana would give 29% so only need 1% from gear)?
would like some confirm is it realy this easy to hit the cap or am I counting something wrong?

The WSM of the BAs still is the same, doesnÄt matter how much IAS they have.
And then, Fanatism is not normal IAS, it's Skill-IAS which works far better, it actually changes the BPs...
Without Fanatism, with 2 BAs, u'd need 117 IAS for Maxspeed...
Let's say, grief is in the Mainhand, it has 32 IAS, and 117 needed IAS - 32 IAS = 85 IAS still needed. The IAS of the 2. Weapon is ignored.
20 HL, 20 LoH, 15 Helmet, 10 belt, this is as much as you can allow yourself... It just won't be able without becoming senseless.
With Fanatism, u need only 40 IAS for Maxspeed, so 8 IAS with Grief on mainhand... HL will be enough already.
Still, there are better weaponcombinations, far better ones, Beast is just not a good weapon.
