Mike, i still say very nice guide, but seriously, come back on u havent been on in forever

+40 Dexterity. 40 Less points you have to put into Dex so thats 40 more points you can put into Vitality. That will get you 80 more life (that can be affected by BO/Oak) where as BK will get you similar life BUT it can't be affected by BO/Oak so you will lose some life there.

I quit cuz i didn't and still really don't have enough time to play. Dan sold all my items an I gave him a ton of FG for doing it. I gave my account to Joe so he could re-equip my druid with his gear. I am hoping to get some time and make a BvC to play again, but we'll see if I can.

bk + raven gives even more life (due to +1 skill to bo + oak) and I'm not sure about bk + bk how much % that gives..

act 2 merc is not the best solution, I'd choose a rogue merc with the runeword "Brand" which has 35% ctc lvl 14 amp which is doubling your dmg
