The IK AR bonus is always nice too. Depending on the fight, the IK belt helps stack some resists, and gives more AR and defense as well as +2 combat skills with the boots. Then again, I don't PvP much anymore.
Lol, np. Now any tips on de Seis? My biggest problem with him is picking him out from his group. Takes forever to find him sometimes in the group of mages.
At 87 now, still filling out the last few points in Howl and Leap. Should the next few levels or skill points make a difference in howling the oblivion knights? Everything else seems to run pretty well.
Need to find a good howl mechanic breakdown.
Been trying a few different approaches, just nothing consistent yet.
Funny note: It kept bugging my why my resists were low.... Then it finally dawned on me, I hadn't done Normal or Nightmare Anya quests.
Classic rush > Me. Hehe.
And /flex, check my sexy rings!

Hehe, nice 2nd ring; I actually saw your thread when your iso and the guy posted it.
The ik belt would also give that str, meaning a tad bit more damage, but I wouldn't want to drop arachs so we can have some fcr while pvping; I'd only switch to ik stuff if you were getting called bm because of the 10% slow on arach.
Also, you can't get howl/flee/terror to cast on Oblivion Knights, just like Minions of Destruction in the Throne.
You're just going to have to get a little experienced with picking him out fast.
Here are all the tips I can give:
-He'll be standing in a pack, so don't think he's a stray mage; you can just stand in a place, everything will walk towards you, and then just move your cursor over the mages that were with each pack.
-Place your leap well, so that it moves De Seis one way, and in the other direction.
-Don't try to spam howl, or the knights will get too far and De Seis will start to run.
-If he's in a mass of mages, sometimes you can pick him out by seeing his hands, they'll be a slightly lighter color, in most cases; but this requires a good eye and is sometimes just faster to move over each mage, but sometimes you'll notice the shade of color difference while looking for him.
-Sometimes he'll spawn with an aura that isn't fanat and it will only be around him (holy fire, holy freeze).
-If you're throwing and hitting him and think something is about to get into the way, don't stop throwing until you see him stop taking damage (you'll be surprised some of the times that you'll still be hitting him, even if it looks like your line of fire is blocked off).
