Well I can get anything now, so whats best pub setup including charms. How many/if I even do 70/15's should I use?

Should I change this to what you listed?

yes. the gear i listed is optimal for pubs. keep switches in stash for 1v1 or if you die repeatedly to someone in a pub.
i suggest having the following stashed:
arreat ed/ias
angelic set
demon limb
tgods
fort
widowmaker hel
gores
draculs
2x fcr-rings with mana/ar/res

fill remains with whatever you want, for example
kiras 100%+ lightres (stack vs foh/mage)
rings with lightres/wisp (stack vs foh/mage)
nokozan (if you have problems with fb sorcs)
etc etc

I cant even wear the heled widowmaker with 2x p ravens on..

thats why you add dex, pure vita builds suck and arent worth it, anyway try getting fiend sunder or w/e it adds 20 dex
oh btw you cant wear it with coa on?lol

Make a barb you want to make.

But still WW >> other berserk/conc/singer barbs.
