I can't get that ammy on ladder though

Otherwise, I am building this on Hardcore Ladder USEast..
She's nearly completed.

Go with a +2 Sorc/10% Fcr/Strength/Mana. That's what I was aiming for before reset.

Right now I'm using +3 light skills +30 str amulet, i have no points in str, I did do a lil vit though since its hardcore mode and since I PVM a lot (mana burners suck)
Sorc does work for PVM despite what anyone says, and actually, i clear hell chaos faster and better than most hammerdins. All u gotta do is hotkey tele, static, nova, tele on mob, static rly fast and then start casting nova, it erases pvm mobs rly is a fun sorc to play. Playstyle is the same as a hammerdin mostly.

Nice nice. Never thought this would work for PVM. Might give it a try this ladder season.

If you have anything on Hardcore Ladder USEast I'd be happy to show you your build (slightly tweaked) pwning at PVM. Only catch is you don't want to solo baal runs becasue baal and his witches will use magic maiden curse since ur mana > life. That hurts. A lot.

Hell chaos is a breeze. I am starting to learn the best way to avoid mana burn monsters is to not tele directly on unique mobs, instead just skirt around the edges of the mob spamming nova, and they'll die before they get in range. The FHR your build sets us up with is a beautiful thing. I only wish I could attain that faster cast breakpoint but I can't get my hands on a 2/20 sorc ammy with decent str.

I mean.. come on.

I agree, this sorc looks really really sexy. You should use a merc for when doing solo baals, might actually come in handy.

You'll have enough dex w/ anni + torch w/ sycthe...
I didnt have to add any dex at all to wear it.
