Level 1 base of course. You should have enough +shadow disc to make BoS a high enough level to reach kick speeds on the slowest weapons (dweb) that you would consider using. No point to sink more in there.

then that leaves me with alot of extra points. i only need to put a few in to get 60% clawblock
then im left with about 30 more pts which idk what to do with...
should i invest in 1pt dflight? will i even utilize this?

thinking of just maxing my shadow master then rest to wep block

1 point dflight is a good utility skill to have on a kicksin, even if you hardly ever use it, its a good option to have.
And yeah thats what I did with my last few kicksin builds, nice fat shadow for stomping people with, rest of points to raise wb%

i just shopped a
artisans scissors quhab of quickness with +1 to mb
is this viable? its a (0) weapon speed would it still be too slow even with BoS
should i 3x um this
or is a fury gt a better choice over this?
