Just tested and 6fpa smite is still reached with 15IAS jewel to replace the 20 IAS given by the gloves, so I subbed the gloves for Dracs

Yes, 15 IAS is sufficient as long as you are using PB and slvl 9+ Fanaticism.

Without Fanaticism, you need 65 IAS for 6-frame Smite.
